Small item storage MAN Truck Build SuperUser Account FestoolPerforated sheetShelving Apr 15 2015 I love a bit of perforated Stainless Steel or Aluminium, and I've pressed it into service for some internal storage bins for bits and pieces. If you are thinking of building anything that needs cutting, like doors or sheets of wood or even sheets of perforated steel, the the best thing you can buy to do this is a Festool circular saw. If has an ingenious track system that lays down on the material you're cutting and it does not slip at all, just through gravity and some special soft film on the back of the track. You can cut things to half a millimetre accuracy just by eye. If you cut something that's maybe 1mm too wide, no problems - it will easily and accurately cut it down just a fraction more. This sheet has been made up into some bookshelves above the TV A breadboard holder and miscellaneous kitchen things holder And a shelf in the bathroom for bathroom things All the shelves are very light and strong.
