This started out life as a 425L diesel tank....

The chassis has to be able to flex a little, so it cannot be bolted directly to the canopy, as flexing the canopy will crack the fibreglass wall sheets.

The sides and roof will be made of 45mm fibreglass insulated sheet.

Internal walls will be 20mm honeycomb fibreglass sheet.

We left the Land Rover in the shed and flew up to Port Douglas for a bit of warmth, and had a week away from the cold and rain
