The chassis has to be able to flex a little, so it cannot be bolted directly to the canopy, as flexing the canopy will crack the fibreglass wall sheets.

The sides and roof will be made of 45mm fibreglass insulated sheet.

Internal walls will be 20mm honeycomb fibreglass sheet.

These make my Defender tyres look puny.  And boy - are they heavy!!
